This site describes the services we can arrange and lets you send us the details of an accident. The information on it is general information about those services. It is not legal advice, insurance advice or a valuation, and it should not be relied on as a statement of what will be available in your particular circumstances.

Completing the Start a Claim form sends us your details so that we can contact you. It does not by itself create a contract between us, does not open an insurance claim, and does not guarantee that any particular service will be provided to you.

What we can arrange — including recovery, storage, a replacement vehicle, repair and assistance with a claim — depends on the circumstances of your accident, your eligibility and availability at the time. We confirm what applies to you before anything is arranged.

Nothing on this site is a promise that compensation will be recovered, that an insurer will meet any particular cost, or that a claim will succeed. Those outcomes are determined by the relevant insurers and by the facts of your case.

Please give us accurate information. We rely on what you tell us when deciding what to arrange, and inaccurate details can delay or affect a claim.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If the claim form is not working, please call us on 0203 916 0204 — an accident should never wait on a website.

Needs confirmationASR’s terms of business — covering charges, storage rates, credit hire arrangements, liability, cancellation and the recovery of costs — need to be drafted or supplied by ASR’s solicitor and added here or linked from here. They are contractual commitments and have deliberately not been drafted as part of this website build.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
