ASR Performance is an accident management, recovery and repair business. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. What we can do is put you in touch with specialists who do, and coordinate the vehicle side of things while they handle the injury side.

If anyone involved in the accident has been injured — including passengers, and including injuries that only became apparent afterwards — tell us when you make contact. It changes what we should be arranging for you.

Seek medical attention first. A record of your injuries from a medical professional matters both for your health and for any claim that follows.

What should I do immediately after an accident?
Make sure everyone is safe and call the emergency services if anyone is injured or the road is blocked. Exchange details with the other driver where it is safe to do so, and photograph the vehicles, the damage and the scene if you can. Then contact us and we will talk you through what happens next.
What information do I need to start a claim?
Your contact details, your vehicle make, model and registration, your insurance company, and the date, time and location of the incident. Photographs help but are not essential to get started — if you do not have everything to hand, call us and we will begin with what you have.
Can ASR help following a non-fault accident?
Yes. Non-fault accidents are a large part of what we handle. We can coordinate recovery, storage, replacement transport and repair, and assist with the administration of your claim.
