    A proper look at what has actually happened to the vehicle, including the damage that is not visible from the outside.

  • Body repair and paint

    Panel repair, replacement and refinishing, with colour matched to the vehicle rather than to the paint code alone.

  • Mechanical repair and diagnostics

    Impact damage frequently reaches past the bodywork. Diagnostics identify what has been affected underneath before it becomes a second problem.

  • OEM parts where appropriate

    Original manufacturer parts are used where they are the right choice for the vehicle and the repair.

  • Vehicle preparation

    The vehicle is returned cleaned and finished, not handed back covered in workshop dust.

  • Restoration after accident damage

    For older, modified or more significant repairs, work that goes beyond straightforward panel replacement.

Can ASR help following a non-fault accident?
Yes. Non-fault accidents are a large part of what we handle. We can coordinate recovery, storage, replacement transport and repair, and assist with the administration of your claim.
Can accident-related costs be recovered?
Some costs may be recoverable as part of an eligible claim, depending on the circumstances — this can include storage, repair and other accident-related losses. We can assist with pursuing these, but whether any particular cost is recovered is determined by the circumstances of the claim and the relevant insurer.
